The college are urgently looking to appoint a Full - Time Lecturer who can combine counselling and career guidance to support the emotional well-being and future planning of its students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified counsellor with a passion for creativity, education, and supporting young people with additional needs.
The college is based in central Birmingham.

The successful candidate will:
* Provide 1:1 and group counselling to SEND learners, supporting emotional regulation, mental health, and well-being.
* Deliver personalised career guidance, particularly related to pathways in creative media and related industries.
