SEN Learning Support Assistant

An established specialist provision within a respected multi-school trust is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team.

The school supports pupils with:

• SEMH needs
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Associated behavioural challenges

Duties Include:

• Supporting learning within small class settings
• Providing 1:1 intervention and emotional support
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Assisting with behaviour and sensory regulation
• Supporting teachers with differentiated activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils and families

The ideal applicant will:

• Have previous SEN or youth support experience
• Be resilient, patient and adaptable
