We’re looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support young people with EHCPs requiring additional support to re-engage with learning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing consistent, structured 1:1 support
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
- Breaking down learning into manageable steps
- Helping students feel confident in a school setting
