SEN Teaching Assistant
Are you a caring, adaptable, and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Skipton and the surrounding areas?
Academics are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs across our partner mainstream primary schools in Skipton. This rewarding role involves working closely with individual pupils and small groups, helping children with SEN access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom environment.
We are looking for candidates who are confident supporting a range of special educational needs and who can quickly adapt to different school settings.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:
Support children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
Assist pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, and learning difficulties
