Deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition tailored to the student’s needs and abilitiesProvide a structured yet flexible approach to learningSupport the student’s emotional wellbeing and help manage anxietyBuild a positive, trusting relationship to encourage engagementAdapt teaching strategies to suit SEN requirements Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly autism and/or ADHDUnderstanding of anxiety and how it can impact learningPatient, empathetic, and resilient approachExperience in tutoring or teaching at Key Stage 3 levelEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer:
