Location: Central Bristol Contract: Permanent (Direct school contract) Start Date: September 2026 Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), term-time only Salary: From £38,000 per annum Axcis Education are working in partnership with a specialist Alternative Provision in central Bristol to recruit a SENCo with teaching responsibilities for a September start. This is a permanent position, with the successful candidate employed directly by the school. The provision supports Key Stage 4 pupils (11–16) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional barriers to learning including ADHD, communication difficulties, and trauma-related needs.
