SEND Support Worker – School Based (Young People)

Milk Education is working with a large SEND specialist provision in Nortumberland to recruit SEND Support Workers who genuinely want to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of additional needs.

This role is suited to individuals who are patient, caring and passionate about supporting children to feel safe, understood and included in their learning. As a school SEND Support Worker, you will work with pupils who may be non-verbal, have physical disabilities, or require high levels of personalised support – so a calm, non-judgemental approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
