Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Ansys' footprint within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and ensure accurate reporting through CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data and present insights and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Provide market feedback to support product innovation and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to position Ansys as a solutions leader.
