Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients across promotions, merchandising, and activations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities including repeat programs and expanded scopes.
  • Lead client meetings, proposals, pricing discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Drive new client acquisition through referrals, outreach, and pitch participation.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with agency capacity and margins.
  • Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Resolve client or field issues quickly to protect relationships and delivery quality.
  • Support agency development through improved processes, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and future team leadership.
