Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients across promotions, merchandising, and activations.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities including repeat programs and expanded scopes.
- Lead client meetings, proposals, pricing discussions, and performance reviews.
- Drive new client acquisition through referrals, outreach, and pitch participation.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with agency capacity and margins.
- Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Resolve client or field issues quickly to protect relationships and delivery quality.
- Support agency development through improved processes, pricing, and service offerings.
- Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and future team leadership.
