Requirements
- We are looking for a tenacious problem-solver with the autonomy to challenge the status quo and the initiative to propose new ways of working ,
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ,
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis. A combination of Big Four and industry experience is highly desirable ,
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles ,
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reconciliation tools ,
- Fluent in English is required, with the ability to conduct meetings with international colleagues ,
- Experience in process improvement or automation, or system integrations (ERP implementations, transformation projects) will be highly valued
