Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead complex accounting activities, oversee critical close processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a highly skilled accounting professional who demonstrates strong technical knowledge, exercises sound judgment, and provides guidance to staff while maintaining hands‑on responsibility for key areas.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month‑end close, complex reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis, while also supporting continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and systems. This position serves as a technical resource within the accounting team and works closely with the Accounting Manager on close execution, issue resolution, and process optimization, including within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
