Our client in the transportation sector is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant in Pretoria.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting
• Sage X3

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of General Ledger per entity timeously and accurately.
• Ensure all accounting journals processed are reviewed by the FM and filed with supporting documentation.
• Ensure that all related party balances and transactions agree to the related party confirmations and any discrepancies are resolved timeously.
• Ensure that the inventory balances agree to monthly stock count values.
• Ensure bank and petty cash reconciliations are reviewed bi-weekly for SA and weekly for AFRICA.
