SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - R60k-R50k pm - CBD CAPE TOWN
Our client, a Global Logistics Entity, is looking for a Go-getter Senior Accountant. Room for growth within the Entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable
- Prepare and distribute client invoices, update clients' Statement of Accounts, follow up with clients about outstanding payments
- Post client invoices
- Post bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
- Verify correctness of vendor invoices via an established reconciliation process
- Post supplier invoices
- Reconcile and post Senior Management expenses
- Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements
- Assist with financial analysis of various projects or initiatives
- Contribute to the improvement of the existing accounting processes
- Build cross-functional relationships across the company
