Opportunity Description

Elevation Senior Finance are currently working with a well-establish Accountancy Practice based in West Yorkshire as they look to recruit an Accounts Senior into their team.

The successful candidate will either be AAT qualified and/or nearly or newly ACCA/ACA qualified & have a minimum of 2 years' UK accountancy practice experience!

Key Roles & Responsibilities of the Accounts Senior will include:

  • Preparation of statutory accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
  • Preparation of Corporation Tax returns
  • Preparation of Personal Tax returns
  • Attending regular client meetings and building lasting relationships with clients
  • Additional general tasks and duties for clients
  • Support the development of accounts assistants through thoughtful delegation and quality reviews
  • Oversee and process VAT returns, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies
