You understand that the magic of Agile lies in the details: the precision of a well‑written user story, the accuracy of velocity tracking, and the subtle bottlenecks in a Kanban flow. As an observant facilitator and a process purist with empathy, you will guide cross‑functional engineering teams toward predictable, high‑quality delivery while relentlessly refining our processes.

- Framework Mastery: Lead multiple squads using a hybrid approach—driving Scrum for iterative development and Kanban for continuous flow and operational tasks.
- Ceremony Excellence: Facilitate high-impact Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrosp
