Senior AML Advisory & Risk Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day AML/CTF advisory support to business units, operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Interpret and communicate AML regulatory requirements to ensure business initiatives comply with local and global standards.
• Advise on AML implications of new products, services, and customer onboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on complex AML issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate financial crime risks.
• Support the delivery of AML training and awareness programs across departments.
• Monitor industry developments, enforcement actions, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive advisory input.
