What will you do?

• Collaborate with vendors, contract owners and business leaders to ensure operations’ alignment to the Scotiabank’s External Workforce Management Governance and Provide advisory to stakeholders about the team’s process.
• Responsible for Technology External Workforce contract execution, invoices and reporting, committing to comply with specific individual goals, plans, initiatives in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives with full adherence to governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Performs contract validation, execution and closing activities and update tracker tools (Access, Excel, Jira), process contracts leveraging bank’s contracting applications (COUPA SmartBuy, SAP Fieldglass, Icertis),...
