Opportunity Description
- Support the global private real estate credit team in underwriting and executing new investments for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Investments include senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity backed by virtually all property types.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed and complex financial valuation and underwriting models for financing real estate investments.
- Support and coordinate asset-level and market-level due diligence.
- Contribute to developing an understanding of a deal’s capital structure, business plan, and key risks to the performance.
- Support analysis of physical characteristics of properties, and the related competitive advantages and disadvantages.
- Assist in evaluating existing and potential operating characteristics of a project (Revenue/Rent Rolls, expenses, capital expenditures, tenant credit, leases).
