Senior AP/ Expense Analyst

As a Senior AP/ Expense Analyst , you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing invoices and completeness and accuracy of supporting documents, and accounting entries. Ensuring accurate accounting entries, application of applicable taxes and compliance to existing Bank policies and existing Service Level Agreement (SLA’s). Maintaining and observe existing internal control.

How you'll contribute

• Safeguards the Bank by ensuring timely and accurate processing of disbursement request /invoices.
• Prepares accounting entries/tickets/TTAF/debit memos for AP transactions and Spreadsheets for posting to FBEQ, and Oracle ERP.
• Sends /email to Treasury Division the spot/record the FCDU transaction for FX Position.
• Ensures that maintenance of accounting records is in accordance with the established Record Information and Management.
