Senior Appellate Paralegal

We’re working with a client who is seeking a seasoned appellate paralegal to support a large federal appellate docket during a defined wind‑down period. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is already comfortable with federal appellate filings and can hit the ground running.

This is not an entry‑level position.


What you’ll do:

+ File attorney‑drafted motions in federal appellate CM/ECF systems

+ Manage appellate deadlines and docket workflow

+ Communicate with court clerks regarding filings, stays, and extensions

+ Maintain organized electronic case files

+ Support attorneys working under strict deadlines
