Opportunity Description
Responsible for L2/L3 support and development of enterprise applications involving Informatica ETL workflows, PL/SQL-based data processing, and backend components developed in C++ and Perl. The role includes troubleshooting, automation, environment support, and platform maintenance across Red Hat Linux 6/7 and Windows Server 2012.
- Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ticketing/notification tools.
- Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on‑call support.
- Hands‑on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- High customer orientation.
- High quality awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
