Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to EidosMedia Méthode, including back-end Méthode servlets, as well as the Prime and Swing client applications
  • Diagnose faults following incident management procedures to ensure a resolution, whilst exceeding agreed service levels and communicating with users throughout
  • Ensure any deployments and configuration changes are managed through change management process
  • Maintain current documentation for all systems in documentation repositories
  • Enhance automation for the benefit of service monitoring, deployment and scalability
  • Continually review available technologies and contribute recommendations for system / service improvement
  • Perform thorough application test with any new releases and patches distributed from the system vendors
