About The Role
Taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work with the senior copywriter and organize the team to carry out creative thinking, supervise team members and control human resources and time costs, and produce creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.
What You’ll Do
Client Management
- Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs and provide efficient creative solutions.
Strategy
- Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.
Creative Leadership
- Responsible for the project which are undertaken with senior copywriters.
- Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
