Senior Asset Based Loan Officer (ABL)

Senior Asset Based Loan (ABL) Officer needed to manage a equipment and inventory-backed lending portfolio

Will combine portfolio oversight, credit structuring, regulatory compliance, and program innovation.

Experienced in structuring equipment and inventory loans, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to build scalable lending infrastructure from scratch.

Manage portfolio activity for equipment loans and leases which contribute to an aggregate portfolio.

Create and ensure adherence to all credit policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, covenant compliance, and collateral performance.

Participate in fundraising activities to raise third-party capital (debt and/or equity) to support loan activities

Lead ongoing credit surveillance and proactively identify emerging risks.
