Senior Associate Corporate (M/F)

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Law, your role will involve supporting mergers and acquisitions, refinancing transactions, and preparing all essential corporate documentation associated with these activities. Your clientele will primarily include Private Equity and Real Estate entities.
Furthermore, you will have the chance to serve as a resource for junior associates, offering guidance and answering their queries.
In addition, you will take on the responsibility of legal monitoring, sharing pertinent updates with colleagues to ensure their awareness of new regulations and applicable laws.
