What would you do?

Facilities Maintenance:

• Oversee daily facility operations, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues as needed.
• Coordinate with the building management on the upkeep of the building.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., building, security, maintenance).
• Together with relevant stakeholders, manage vendor sourcing whenever required.
• Monitor performance and ensure cost-effective services.

CCTV & Security Systems:

• Oversee CCTV system installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Manage access control systems to ensure secure building access.

Fixed Asset Management:

• Track and maintain fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation, audits, and lifecycle management (acquisition to disposal).
