Overview

A Senior Associate, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) is responsible for forecasting, budgeting and supporting strategic decision‑making. The role combines technical financial skills with business partnership, requiring strong analytical ability and communication with senior leadership.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare accurate monthly and annual management reports for the Philippines and Regional Head Office. Ensure to prepare the necessary requirements for compliance reports (DOE, BOI). Collaborate with internal audit to ensure compliance.

Forecasting & Budgeting

Develop monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Lead or support the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the country.
