Job Summary

As a GRC Consultant at PwC Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consultancy services for GRC solution implementations.

Responsibilities

1. Business analyst
   • Conduct workshops, focused group discussions, process walkthroughs, and interviews to understand the client's current processes and methodologies.
   • Review and summarise existing framework and process documents to understand the client's current processes and methodologies within the respective GRC domains.
   • Develop deliverable documents such as functional/user requirement documents and end‑user manuals.
   • Conduct training for end‑users after the system implementation.
   • Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client.
   • Prepare change management plans.
2. Solution configuration
   • Perform system configuration of the respective GRC solutions (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Worki...
