Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for e‑invoicing solutions, addressing incidents and service requests, and assisting other solutions as needed.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues by providing workarounds.
- Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support teams or development teams as needed.
- Monitor system performance and availability using Azure monitoring tools.
- Work closely with development teams to convey technical requirements and system improvements.
- Document solutions and troubleshooting steps to maintain a knowledge base and best practices.
- Conduct installations for on‑premises environments and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Assist in the development of scripts and small enhancements in C# to improve system functionality (optional).
- Assist in updating mapping implementation through Altova MapForce when changes arise (optional).
