A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UKqualified lawyer with extensive experience in highvalue domestic and crossborder transactions to work on marketleading deals across the Middle East and beyond.

You will play a key role in advising bluechip clients sovereign wealth funds and major private entities on complex M&A transactions joint ventures restructurings and general corporate matters. You will be expected to take ownership of client relationships manage transaction processes from start to finish and contribute to business development initiatives in the region.
