About the Buildings Unit

The Buildings Unit (BLD) focuses on the delivery of complex buildings projects across health, defence, education, justice, aviation, commercial and mixed‑use developments, as well as major and complex buildings programmes within cities and communities.

Overview of the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful day‑to‑day delivery of multidisciplinary buildings projects across a range of sectors, working under the direction of a Project Principal.

The role leads project planning, coordination and control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to programme, cost, quality and safety requirements.

This role provides a clear development pathway towards Project Principal roles.
