Senior Associate - Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases for web applications and APIs (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory).

Log, track, and validate defects; ensure fixes meet quality standards.

Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements.

Support performance and stress testing using tools like K6 or JMeter; analyze results and identify system bottlenecks.

Participate in sprint ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC, test concepts (test case design, defect lifecycle, regression testing).
