• Maintain dashboards to enhance visibility into financial and operational metrics.
• Participate and support in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and support periodic forecasting updates.
• Identify inefficiencies in financial processes, budgets, and reporting systems, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize performance.
