Opportunity Description
What You Will Do : Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, coordination, and execution Own training data, MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reporting Track key training metrics such as attendance, completion, utilization, and feedback Execute training requests using Agile Kanban practices (backlog management, WIP tracking, flow metrics) Maintain training trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and business stakeholders during second-shift hours Identify and drive process improvements and automation in training operations What You Will Need 5 years of experience in Training Operations / L&D Operations / Training Management A bachelor’s degree in business administration - Human Resources, Operations, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
