Job Summary

Senior Associate – Advisory Industry/Sector: Deals (Management Level). In the Deals practice at PwC you deliver strategic advice and support to clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring transactions. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, managing the transaction process, and creating value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for M&A transactions within and outside Malaysia.
• Quickly develop an understanding of target businesses and their drivers.
• Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information, historical trading, cash flow and balance sheet data, projections and underlying assumptions.
• Review the adequacy of working capital facilities, financing limits, terms and covenants.
