Senior Associate/Associate Director (Litigation)

Kertar & Sandhu LLC is bringing onboard a Senior Associate/ Associate Director to join its litigation team. The litigation team handles a variety of work ranging from family to civil & commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing court documents
• Nurturing relationships with clients and providing sound legal advice to clients
• Representing clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, court hearings and trials
• Working closely with team members to develop strategies and drive outcomes
• Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and legal trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation
• A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution under the Legal Profession Act
• Admitted to practice law in Singapore
