This highly regarded Banking & Finance practice is seeking Solicitors at the Senior Associate/Partner level to join its fast growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role will involve team acting for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions and sectors including general corporate banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, housing finance, asset finance, energy and restructuring/refinancing. As part of the growth within this practice, the firm require people to specialise in corporate and transactional banking matters. The ideal candidate will have experience within banking and finance, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in business development.
