Senior Benefits & Compensation Specialist

The Opportunity

For our team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Senior Benefits & Compensation Specialist (full time – 12 months fixed term contract).
You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes (., compensation planning, job evaluation, as well as benefits processes including all necessary aspects of the process.
