* Provide guidance globally to colleagues, empowering them to make data-driven decisions effectively
* Analyze business requirements and design scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, covering all steps from connecting data sources, implementing data warehouses, and developing robust reports using Power BI
* Lead the integration of systems across multiple locations, evaluating and recommending the optimal technologies for seamless operations
* Advocate for enhanced user experience by understanding user workflows within the BI system, making proactive improvements for ease of use, and conducting user training sessions
