Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise all administrative personnel and ensure that day to day tasks are completed and deadlines are met
- Assist with any personnel queries i.e. payroll, new staff applications etc.
- Coach staff where required
- Assist and attend to any incoming calls
- Capture contracts on the System (CAMS) when necessary. Where admin staff capture contracts, the job holder checks whether this is done correctly
- Arrange and follow up on new fitments when necessary
- Oversee the stock control process
- Oversee scheduling efficiencies
- Assist regional manager with daily branch activities in his absence
- Create POs in NAV
- Prepare daily scheduling efficiency report
- Compile fitment and scheduling reports
- Compile active vehicle list on request
- Compile Change of Ownership Report
