Senior Business Analyst (SharePoint / EDRMS)

Job Overview

The Senior Business Analyst (Technical) will lead both business analysis and technical implementation activities for the EDRMS rollout across departments and field offices. The role combines business analysis expertise with hands‑on SharePoint administration to support the adoption of SharePoint Online as the institution’s records management platform.

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Engagement

• Support the phased rollout of EDRMS as outlined in the departmental rollout plan.
• Engage with departmental sponsors and focal points to confirm readiness, site structures, and pre‑work requirements.
• Support kick‑off meetings and wrap‑up sessions with stakeholders.

Business Process Analysis
