One of the MNC life insurer in Hong Kong looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, under their Agency Channel. The role will be focusing on driving Agent performance, provide on site training. The role will be handling HK and Mainland China Market.

The Role

• The position is accountable for the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to grow the market share individual life business.
• The incumbent is responsible for managing the agency channel with a team to grow the sales of new business to achieve year on year sales target.
• Provide training and conduct the workshop for the new product launch
• Arrange and attend the workshop and briefing section
• Frequently visit the Zone Center and conduct onsite event
