Senior Business Process Automation Analyst

The Senior BPA Analyst (a position in the Enterprise IT unit within the Centre for IT Services) is responsible for identifying, assessing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and managing automation solutions for business processes. The Senior BPA Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and will use their knowledge of automation tools and technologies to design and implement solutions that meet those needs. The Senior BPA Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of automation solutions and making necessary adjustments.
