The Company: 

Our client is a WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the state.
They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M.

Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking either an experienced Contract Manager or Senior Contract Administrator to join the team. The CM would sit across the entire $300M package, whereas the SCA would sit on the largest project valued at $120M.
