Senior CAM Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – CNC Programming & FAI Proving to lead CNC programming, part proving, and process optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-axis machining (4th/5th axis), strong CAM programming expertise, and proven ability in First Article Inspection (FAI) validation for precision components in aerospace, defence, or automotive domains.

Key Responsibilities

• :Develop CNC Programs for VMC, HMC, Turn-Mill, and 4/5-axis machines using CAM software
• .Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) proving and validate machining accuracy on the shop floor
• .Estimate machining hours for new components and support costing teams with accurate cycle time data
• .Optimize machining parameters, tool selection, and cutting strategies to enhance productivity and tool life
