The Process Capacity Engineer works cross-functionally and responsible for a variety of topics related to mechanical capacity management in the Process Engineering domain. The role's scope spans across different planning horizons, from short to long term, and collaborates closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions: Operations, Engineering, Launch & Expansion, Design and Planning.

The Process Capacity Engineering team is seeking an accomplished, analytical, hands-on and customer obsessed Process Capacity Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for 4 core functions: (1) Own capacity calculation, drive insights & optimization for all planning cycles (3-Year Plan, Operational Plans (OP1/OP2) and High-Volume Events planning).
