Senior Caretaker

Our team continues to grow, we are looking to bring on a new Senior Caretaker to join our team in Aldinga, employed on a Full-Time basis. Your working hours will be 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, but may also include after-hours and weekend work, such as supporting out-of-hours events and being on call to respond to after-hours emergencies, where required.

The Position:

• Responsible for the delivery of hard and soft facility services, including programmed and reactive maintenance, security and access control, waste and pest services
• Manage subcontractors, maintenance works (planned and reactive), site operations and Community Use
