Responsibilities
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures.
- Analyze salary data and job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
- Research and stay up to date on compensation and benefits trends, laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads, strategy and operations team to design and implement incentive programs.
- Evaluate and recommend new compensation and benefits plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Additional for Change implementation scope.
