ICF is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to provide senior technical leadership across enterprise architecture, platform integration, application modernization, product delivery, and sustainment for a complex federal technology services program. This role will guide solution design and delivery across modern SaaS, cloud, automation, integration, DevSecOps, and product engineering environments.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture and product delivery in regulated federal environments, with strong technical credibility across cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, secure integrations, automation, application modernization, and delivery governance.
