This is a temporary position with a 12‑month contract.
As strategic, creative, and agile partners and storytellers, the Communications team develops, implements, and executes internal and external communications activities that proactively: Contribute to the business’ success; Engageand connect employees; Strengthen the reputation of CAE and its brand; and Propel our high‑tech evolution.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal communications campaigns, strategies, and programs.
- Plan, organize, and deliver employee events of varying scale, from small, targeted sessions to large‑scale corporate events.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers, mainly manufacturing, for their employee communications, while supporting a diverse employee population, including unionized internal clients.
